The law of whatever can go wrong will. This has been as close as a lover to the world of cooking. In my most recent work to finish the souffle I was buttering up the ramikin to bake in only to have it hit the corner perfectly against the floor. I being of the mind where I don’t need many copies of items and when I do not make souffles for many. So until I get a shopping trip in for new ramikins and plateware the souffle will be on hold. As well now I will just be dropping recipes at random.
Everything Else
3rd round zazzle shirts.
Over the past nine days we have had a lot of fun. The third set of shirts have been finished and while the artistic integrity is not quite at the level where I want it. It definitely shows improvement.
These were a couple from the last batch one is more simplistic while the other shows the artistic side. The second one is also a shirt a friend of mine and a rabid Nippon Ichi game fan wanted me to make. It is now the wallpaper on his computer. Souffle had to get pushed back because once again life decided to muck with my carefully laid out plans. It happens though so I have not forgotten. When life makes changes to your plan then own those changes though. If anyone has a moment you can take a look at my zazzle store through the links. Progress Report 3/1/13
Hello, all and here is what got done.
The team is practicing for the magic grand prix, but not letting that stop us we decided to down our sodas and raise our game with new videos. Hate mail Magic Turn Phases 106 and Shooters and Grinders 2 with Senore Rage Face. We have more videos coming so if your bored give us a view, we appreciate it. League of Legends has begun to make it in to the training schedule, as it stands we are still far out from our goal, but updates will be given when needed.

So next time for recipes we will have a two for one with sweets.
One is the classic souffle this time paired with a fruit sauce with the other being a surprise cupcake that my roommate and I had made for a convention before.
The earned sandwich
Hope you all had a fun month. So Valentine’s day has come and gone with much ado. This recipe is all about what you need after a harsh night of love day activities. Get some protein back in your system with the earned sandwich.

Here are your items needed : 4 slices thick cut bacon, 2 slices wheat bread, 1-2 oz slices pastrami, one egg, some semi soft cheese of choice (In this case Gruyere), and sweet mustard.
Get some paper towels and begin with cooking your bacon. you want it crisp with some give. Let it drain and leave all the beautiful bacon grease. That grease will be what you fry your egg in do so on medium heat, and if your a little nervous you can lower the heat and let it go a little slower. The hard thing will be that when you try to flip it. When the outside is cooked through but the yolk 
is just beginning to cook through that is when you should put it aside.
After this you should have a little bacon grease left in the pan. You can use this to toast the bread slightly or to warm up the pastrami. For mine below I used it for the pastrami. The wheat bread I get is nice and soft and combined with the semi crunchy bacon provides some contrast texture wise. If you want to cook your pastrami top it with a little bit of the cheese and try not to flip it just letting the heat come through to start it.
Building your sandwich because you earned it .
Get your sweet mustard and lightly dress one side of the bread with it . Then layer cheese, bacon, egg, pastrami, and bread.
While the egg and bacon is cooking you can cut your cheese. For mine I wanted it that it was just warm. placing on some on top of the hot egg when it began to rest and topping it with hot pastrami made the cheese a team player on this sandwich.
Yes, I forgot to wipe my plate before taking the picture. It is always amazing how you never think of things until you see pictures of it.
In either case this is the earned sandwich. If you prefer your egg more cooked then just give it a little more time in the pan. Next blog post will be coming soon. Until then everyone, have a good one.
New bullmoose / Flagbearers
This is a project that I have tried not to put up here, but I do believe enough progress has been made to put it up. This is a party that me and some people I know are beginning and here is the basic charter. Due to needing two names ( In case when we file with the federal election commission that the name has been taken.) We are the New Bullmoose/Flagbearer party

As the Year Goes On
So at the beginning of the year most of us made resolutions to keep ourselves on track with a specific goal. As the time goes on some of us are closer while others are less so. As it stands I have a lot of things coming including a new set of shirts on zazzle, new videos oncoming within a couple days ( Planet of Gratuitous Sarcasm for table gaming videos ) New pictures on deviant art, and a new recipe with a story behind it in the next post ( The Earned Sandwich). Writing is still going on and pictures have begun for the cookbooks.

Update on the week
Grocery day is on the seventh so you will find the recipe around that time. That does not mean that this week was spent sitting on laurels.
Research was done in the big magic tournament so that we as a group of people will know some of big guns coming in. In Magic at the Grand Prix – For those who do not know the Grand Prix it is a major event for the trading card game. It is a gaming event that can set you up for the possibly lucrative pro tour. However, it is still a game so from the get go it will be fun. It helps to research the possible enemies your could be facing. If you want to give Magic the gathering a chance check some of the videos on the youtube channel linked to the side.
Photography will begin on 100 Ingredients Home Edition on the seventh.

Updates and decisions
So apologies for the rant, in better news we have more videos up on the youtube channel for people who want to learn magic. The third batch of designs are about half way done and for the first recipe I wanted to show off on this blog I finally decided on a personal favorite. Eggs Magda!
Eggs Magda is a special version of scrambled eggs where the cheese and mustard match with the green onion or chive depending on what you have and the texture is so smooth you would think its like cream until you taste it. Completely done cheesy scrambled eggs french style coming at you soon.

Portland – My Home – vent
For those who have never been to my home city it has a magic much like Diagon Alley form the Harry Potter series. You can find anything your heart desires permitting you knock on the right door. We have people who constantly and aggressively push and evolve their skill sets. People hungry to get to “the next level”. Men and women with a code, a purpose and even a plan. That constant evolving blend of street smarts with books smarts is the Portland I know. there are not many taboos outside of crimes and a lot of respectful people.
That is my Portland, the city I was born in, spent the majority of my life in and in all honesty will probably have my grave in. What this city is NOT is a name to rally behind in an effort to be the most undesirable, rude, egomaniacal group of fakers and fad chasers the world had ever seen.



A New Year comes..
Over the past year I had done quite well with my resolution. I had gotten further to my goals then any other year before hand. On top of that I managed to stay off the streets so that is a plus ( A few weeks in 2012, I had gotten a good camping experience in the urban realm so to speak.)
With the new year once again I wish to get closer to my goals. So that would be my resolution and what that means is a bunch of smaller things I am aiming for because if your going to make a resolution, might as well go big.
