Pokemon Fusion :)

I am a video game fan. Big surprise, right but the reason for today is not to talk on something like a project or a moment that angered me. No, this time I found something cool and this is just to kinda show it here. Pokemon was a game that sat as the gatekeeper in my electric purple game boy color. Whenever there was good or bad to be had my game boy was there to burn away the time.

If you like pokemon then this a nice little thing to play with.

Back when I played though I picked my Bulbasaur and soon after caught myself a Pidgey.

Bulbasaur was my guy and he grew and evolved. My team would continue to grow and change eventually until I got my third mainstay Snorlax and my Haunter. My friend then traded may so it could evolve in to a Gengar.

Rare or legendary Pokemon didn’t really do much for me except for the single one you could catch only after the elite four provided you did not glitch out the game.

Some times I would get pokemon because I just liked them. Cubone and Farfetch’d would be ones I would have just so I could have them and back when I was younger I would pretend to be a pokemon trainer.

I’m having too much fun with this. Here is the link. May happy trails await you and your pokemon. Work post on the end of the week, toodles.

Mega update mon

So grand prix has come and gone. It was less then 24 hours after our run had ended, and the plan was not even close to achieved. Our teamwork needed work as we played like three people instead of one team which cost us. We will be ok though because we got some cards that we can make in to decks if we need to go to standard.

Video wise we will be working on getting the new videos up on top of advertising across the nation. We want to let people know they can learn at our channel a good game of cards and watch us play a couple games they could love as well.

For my further education I have been studying business moves and law to see how I can better apply myself when I finally have the supplies to push in. I would think getting a fair amount of machines that made revenue over time at semi low risk would be a good start. Building from there I would like to get in to books and food service. Books because I simply like to write and I would think it would be much cheaper to do it all in house. Food service just to get the food I have made money on able to make more money for me, but that’s far down the road.

Writing and advertising will be coming soon and things will be getting to pop more so more on that to come.

Also apologies to the family of Robin Williams.

Competition

I am all for competition as past posts, and my willingness to go in to large tournaments. However there is something people need to remember. No matter what you are doing anytime you need to act better then everyone else it just the perfect thing that will draw those curious to play your game away.

You will find snobs in all games it just really goes absurd when you talk to some video game tournament players or die hard players of a lot of different games. If you like cards and your new we have had people who never played magic feel like they could play with us and that is great. They can learn while we get people to play against so everyone has a good time.

I don’t mind playing against or even teaching new people some games. I love it because that is something else people can have fun over in a world where everything seems to be so stressful. You could go sit down and have a fun game with many different people for almost no extra cost. It has been good to me when other parts of my life seemed to be going badly. So if you need to be ultra competitive then fine. If you do it in a time or a place that reflects badly on you as a person then maybe you need to get out of the game before it does more harm then good.

How to enjoy a convention

For a lot of people a convention can be a bit overwhelming. The pictures, the attitude, the atmosphere it can be a bit much for a lot of people. If you find a con with a subject you con support then by all means go for it. Here are some things to know to make your time there much more enjoyable.

First, is plan what you need (food, room and board, spending money, etc.) When you go to a con most times the hotel will not allow many secondary food vendors in. So unless you want to go for a walk, and often times they will set up not so far away form the con so it will not be a long one. Then you will need to have some way of eating because the worse case scenario is you not being at your best to enjoy the good times to be had. You will also be surprised how many calories you can burn in such settings.

Pick out a couple things you want to go to and leave the rest up to your whims. Over planning can really drain you and although you really to get all the place can offer there is a charm about just milling about seeing what your fellow con attenders can get going.

Get social, bring a camera or at least a notepad so you can keep in contact with your new friends as time goes by. To help with this please keep yourself springtime fresh. Conventions do have a bad stigma attached of a couple people per con being what you called fairly ripe. for those who are not educated on the term it means they reek like a seat cushion after chili night.

Last is make sure you have funds to get a couple items. A little spending money may be all you need if you have a mind to haggle. Go out to a con and have some fun.
